Living in the Kalahari,
surrounded by nature, it's
sights and sounds, passionate
about hiking, conservation and
inspired by the explorers of the
past we have always had a
passion for vintage “tool watches".

Wearing vintages pieces in the extremes
that typify the Northern Cape,
the Kalahari and the Karoo
isn't always practical. So we
decided to take a look at our
collection and design a watch
that would both echo the soul
of explorers, mountaineers and
conservationists of yester year
and have toughness built into
it. A watch that says Wilfred
Thesiger, Scott, or
Attenborough, but also says
"bring it on".

No bling, no enormity,
something simple, timeless,
purposeful yet elegant.

Instant legibility yet discreet
enough to not impede the task
at hand.

Whether hiking the
Drakensberg, farming the
Karoo, surfing on the Garden
Route or Padstal stops on a
road trip we think the Mk1 & Jet age GMT are at home.
